Brandywine, Delaware
We pour Brandywine Coffee Roasters out of Wilmington — a small roaster we trust to bring out the bright, layered side of single origins. New beans rotate through the bar with the season.
Est. 2025 · 160 Webster St · Monterey
A specialty coffee shop run by two riders. Brandywine beans, homemade buttermilk biscuits, and a clean European bar — no avocado toast, no fuss. Just coffee done right, served by people who care.
The Name
On a chopper, a "six over" front end means the forks are extended six inches past stock — the long, lean geometry that gave the chopper its silhouette. It's a small detail that changes everything about how the bike stands.
We thought it described our coffee bar pretty well. A short list. Done carefully. A few inches longer than what you expected.

The Coffee

We're not a restaurant. Coffee, tea, and a tight rotation of local pastries — plus our own buttermilk biscuits, baked here. If you came for the avocado toast, we'd point you up the block.
We grew up around bikes and around bars. The room is clean, the espresso is dialed, and on Saturdays you'll find a half-dozen choppers parked out front before the ride rolls out.
Saturday Rides
A few Saturdays a month we host an open group ride from the shop — usually with friends like Wally's. Pull up at 7:30 for coffee and a biscuit, kickstands up at 8:30 sharp. All bikes welcome. Routes posted on Instagram the week before.
